The Herndon Storm is a U16 Boys team competing in NCSL Div 2.
Tryouts for the 2012-2013 Season will be held on the following dates and locations:
- Wednesday, May 30th at Herndon High School from 8:00 - 9:30 PM
- Saturday, June 2nd at Hutchison Field #3 from 10:00 - 11:30 AM
- Wednesday, June 6th at Herndon High School from 8:00 - 9:30 PM

Coaches bio:Guillermo Tolaba played with Boca Juniors, Talleres de Cordoba, Club Atletico Cuyaya, General Paz Juniors Cba. and other teams in Argentina at the semipro and professional levels. His experience with these team has allowed him to come to the US and play for Salem International University of West Virginia where he pursued his interest in Biology. He earned the First Team all Conference Award all three seasons he played for Salem being named the West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Men’s Soccer Players of the Year by votes of the league’s head coaches. Graduating from Salem with a bachelor’s degree in Biology he moved to West Virginia University Tech to start his coaching career as Assistant Coach for both Men’s and Women’s Soccer programs. In 2008 Guillermo moved to Guatemala to play for Deportivo Mixco and Deportivo Petapa at the professional level. After a brief journey in Guatemala, coach Tolaba returned to The U.S. to continue his coaching career as a Graduate Assistant Coach at Salem International University obtaining a Master’s degree in Education in May of 2010. His passion for the sport of soccer and his enormous experience both in the professional and collegial levels plus his academic achievements provides him with all the tools needed to succeed as a coach at any age level. Guillermo Tolaba holds a USSF Coaching License.
